Create or follow a campaign

If you represent an organization or a family in need, you can create a campaign. Every campaign is verified before it's visible to donors.

  • Pick a clear title, a goal amount, and a category.
  • Add real photos — donors trust campaigns they can see.
  • Post regular updates so donors can follow the progress.

Set up your profile

A complete profile builds trust with campaign creators and other donors. Take 1 minute to fill it in.

  • Upload a clear photo — even a simple headshot works.
  • Write 1–2 sentences in your bio about why you support Sawa.
  • Your wallet balance and history live in the profile summary cards.

Keep Sawa safe

Report suspicious activity

If something looks off, flag it. Use the Report button on any campaign card to send it to admin review.

  • Complaints — general issues with the platform.
  • Campaign Report — flag a specific campaign as suspicious, fake, or offensive.
  • Admin review — the admin team takes the final action.
